Import / Export Layouts and Media

Is desirable to have the ability to import / export layouts between server installs. Possible features include:

* Packaging in a ZIP (or tarball)
* Including associated media

so instead of having to make a "latest news" slide
you can just download one and tweek the feed url

thus far I have thought of import/export to be a purely layout/region/background thing... but i guess that actually it could be extended to suck everything in to a ZIP file (media and all)

rss and txt are in the xml anyhow tho aren't they?
pulling the media too would be good
so you can transfer the whole lot from one install to another

yeh - they are in the XML
but they wont be so much with content streams
which is a good thing

perhaps you could have an "export template" which takes the layout/background
and an "export" that pulls the whole thing

maybe the export / import could include checkboxes for things to include  / not
like some sort of Wizard

if possible
it'd be good to get that kind of comunity going sooner rather than later
also it would be good if the import could handle importing more than one layout at once
so you could pull in the whole test suite?
perhaps have it support a zip full of zips?
